Django's is new America cuisine, a true fork-to-mouth restaurant. They originally launched as django's restaurant & wine bar. Since then, their adventurous menu, eclectic wine list and shared plates have received a lot of attention! Every season, their team designs a menu to capture the best of what's unique, what's hot and what's available locally.

 

Now open for the summer season Wednesday-Sunday 5pm – 9:30pm

Escape the ordinary, and experience the Princess Wine Bar in downtown Crested Butte. Enjoy the morning coffeehouse featuring Belgian waffles, baked eggs, applewood smoked bacon, and espresso & coffee drinks. In the evening, return for the Wine Bar to sip on award-winning wines, a wide selection of Cognacs and single malt Scotches, or just stop in to sit by the fire and warm up with a cup of espresso. They serve wine by the glass using Italian wine dispensers. You can also enjoy beer, bubbles and cider here.  Their coffee, tea and non-alcoholic drink options aren't too shabby, either.We operate four hydroponic farms on-site where we grow greens, herbs and other produce 365 days/year. They also have a restaurant on-site that serves the produce that they grow as well as other locally grown produce and products. Their dining menu is full of house-made, from scratch options.  We also sell the produce that we grow directly to our customers as well as house-made breads, crackers and other yummy stuff directly from our restaurant all day long.
