All rates are quoted per night based on double occupancy and include a continental breakfast, Wi-Fi, and parking.

ADA compliant guest rooms are available and should be reserved in advance. Please call for specific information.
Making Your Reservation
Your reservation can be made on our website, by phone at 970.349.5542 or 800.542.7559, or via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept all major credit cards.
At the time of booking, there will be no charges. Full cost of stay is charged 30 days prior to arrival. Refunds will not be issued within the 30 day window.
When situations arise requiring a change or cancellation to your reservation, we do empathize, but due to our small size we are affected greatly. Cancellations outside 30 days of arrival date, 100% of deposit will be refunded. Within 30 days of arrival guest will forfeit 100% of total cost of stay.
Check In, Check Out
Check in time for guests staying in hotel rooms is 3:00 pm.
Check in time for Chalet or Mountain Residence guests is 4:00 pm.
This time allows for us to make sure your room is pristine. Please notify us should you need earlier accommodations, we are happy to assist.
Check out time for guests staying in hotel rooms is 11:00 am.
Check out time for Chalet or Mountain Residence guests is 10:00 am.
Requests for a late checkout of rooms at the Nordic are subject to room availability. Requests may be directed to our front desk. Late check outs are not available for the Mountain Residence and the Chalet.
Early departures/late arrivals are subject to the same cancellation policies. Our policy may change at any time and for any reason at the Innkeepers’ discretion.
Due to fire code, it is strictly prohibited to have extra guests in our rooms. A signature king may sleep up to 2 guests, while signature double queens may hold up to four. Rollaway cots will not be provided. Air mattresses and/or adding additional guests sleeping on the ground is not allowed.
The Nordic Inn is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed in any rooms or space inside the Inn. All rooms are monitored with smoke detectors. Any violation to this policy will result in a restoration fee equal to a minimum of one night’s lodging plus all cleaning costs. If you render a room unacceptable for incoming guests, you must compensate the Inn for lost revenue.
We are a dog friendly Inn. We have specific rooms available for you and up to two of your four-legged canine friends. Pets must not be left unattended in their room and must be on leash while on property.
A $35.00 fee per night/per pet will be added to your room charge. Pet owners must sign a waiver form accepting responsibility for any damage or cleaning charges that may occur while at the Inn.
A $75.00 fee will be charged to your account if keys are not returned at checkout. Keys can be held for you at that front desk per your request.
Management reserves the right to recover costs from any guest in the event of deliberate and intentional damage to Inn property. The Nordic Inn places high priority on the security of guests’ property. All valuables such as travel documents, jewelry, credit cards and personal property are the full responsibility of the individual guest. The Nordic Inn is not responsible for damage or loss of money, sports equipment, or other valuables while staying at the Inn. Management is not responsible for damage to any auto or loss of contents while parked at the Inn.
For your safety and protection, ski and snowboard boots are not allowed in guest rooms, the Great Room, breakfast area, downstairs lounge, or on any wood floors. We provide heated boot racks along with ski storage in a secure space.
For your safety and protection, mountain bikes are not allowed in guest rooms. Please inquire at the hotel's front desk where your bike/s can be stored. Thank you!
