Scenic Jeep Tours

  

Alpine Express offers the best in guided 4-Wheel Jeep Tours. Allow their friendly, knowledgeable, and well seasoned drivers guide you through some of the most scenic areas near Crested Butte. Tours typically last 3.5 hours, leaving the public parking area behind the Crested Butte Chamber of Commerce at 8:30am and 1:00pm. See magnificent wildflowers, wildlife, and waterfalls. Many tours reach the well-known, 11,250 ft. Paradise Divide. Reservations are required. There is a four person minimum (14 person max.).

Trail Head Services

 

West/East Maroon Passes

 

Cost is $20 per person one way with a five passenger minimum ($100 minimum). 

 

Trail head service begins in late June, road conditions permitting.

 

Reservations are required with scheduled pick up times of 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM from Crested Butte to the West Maroon and East Maroon trail heads.  Afternoon pick up times from the West Maroon trail head are at 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.  East Maroon pick up times are approximately 20 minutes later. 

 

Service is offered seasonally, please call to confirm that the shuttle is operating before your hike and to make a reservation. And always be sure to check the weather report!

 

Private rides are available to/from the trail head.  Need a ride back to Aspen or Crested Butte?  Contact our office for a quote at (local) 970-641-5074.
